Senior Process Associate- GL & Fixed assets

About Role:
We are seeking a candidate with Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliation.

Description:

​Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
​Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
​General Accounting & Fixed Assets( General Ledger (GL) Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close Process, Journal Entries, Compliance Verification & Approval, Quality Review),
​Intercompany / Intracompany Transactions (Billing & Settlements, Revenue Recognition)
​Good understanding of oracle & Cadency.

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream-B. Com (Hons), M.COM, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter.

Must Have Skills:

Record to Report, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, InterCo.
Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
Researching/reconciling of GL/Bank accounts
Deep understanding of Month-end close and Journal entries
Exposure in Intercompany/intracompany billing including revenue recognition

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Should be able to perform Customer account / statement reconciliation
Review timely inputting or matching, accuracy, completeness and reconciliation
Identifying the process gaps and provide solutions
