Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Process Associate / SME – FP&A to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FP&A, financial reporting, Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel. You will work closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and prepare management reports.

• Develop financial models and dashboards for business performance tracking.

• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Work with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, and Power BI for reporting and planning.

• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Collaborate with business teams to improve financial planning processes.

• Assist in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and reporting standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).

• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.

• 4–8 years of relevant FP&A or Financial Analysis experience.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
