Sourcing & Procurement Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8–12 Years
Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to manage sourcing and procurement operations, stakeholder relationships, supplier management, governance, and process improvement initiatives. The role involves working closely with client stakeholders, managing business requirements, driving operational improvements, ensuring compliance, and leading teams to deliver business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to meet delivery requirements and business objectives.
Manage multiple client stakeholders and understand business requirements and forecasting models.
Support teams in understanding client-specific business terminologies and processes.
Drive governance, controls, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
Manage overall program delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder priorities.
Lead and manage teams to achieve operational and business targets.
Provide reports and analysis demonstrating process improvements and business impact.
Support category teams with spend consolidation, purchase order reviews, and related administrative activities.
Provide periodic project status reports, issues, challenges, and updates to customers and management.
Drive action items, accountability, aggressive schedules, and management reporting.
Initiate process controls, quality plans, and risk mitigation programs.
Identify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Sourcing & Procurement
Managerial experience in Sourcing/Procurement
Domestic & International Supplier Management
Stakeholder Management & Influencing
Process Improvement & Business Impact
People Management
Governance, Controls & Compliance
Risk Management & Mitigation
MS Office
ERP exposure – Oracle, Coupa, SAP / ServiceNow preferred
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
Experience in Retail or Transportation & Logistics is preferred
Education
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
