Job Title : Sourcing & Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing | Supplier Management | Procurement Operations

Job Description*

We are hiring an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager in Bangalore with 8–12 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, procurement operations, and stakeholder management. The role will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities, supporting category teams, managing domestic and international suppliers/customers, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong governance, controls, compliance, and business impact.

The ideal candidate should have prior managerial experience in Sourcing/Procurement, strong client and stakeholder management skills, and experience working in Retail or Transportation & Logistics environments. Exposure to Oracle, Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow is preferred.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift – 5:00 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST
Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Sourcing & Procurement operations, ensuring business requirements and delivery expectations are met.
Liaise with clients and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand business requirements, forecasting models, priorities, and procurement needs.
Manage domestic and international suppliers/customers, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and service delivery.
Support category teams with spend consolidation, purchase order reviews, procurement analysis, and administrative activities.
Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business impact through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong governance, controls, quality plans, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation programs.
Manage multiple stakeholder priorities, action plans, project schedules, escalations, and accountability while providing regular management reporting.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, business analysis, project status reports, and improvement dashboards for customers and management.
Identify potential operational and procurement risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
Lead and manage teams while ensuring performance, capability development, and achievement of business objectives.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement / Strategic Procurement
Experience in Procurement Operations and Supplier/Vendor Management
Prior Managerial / People Management experience
Strong Client & Stakeholder Management skills
Experience driving Process Improvement and Business Impact
Exposure to Oracle, Coupa, SAP and/or ServiceNow
Strong MS Office and analytical skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Strong collaboration, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Qualification

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
8–12 years of relevant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement Operations.
Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.
Experience in Retail or Transportation & Logistics is preferred.
