Job Title: Statistical Programmer

Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Noida

Shift: General Shift

Salary: ₹9–20 LPA (Based on experience)

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Statistical Programmers with strong expertise in SAS programming for clinical research and drug development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and validate ADaM datasets, Tables, Listings, and Figures (TFLs) using SAS.
Lead statistical programming activities for clinical studies or therapeutic areas.
Ensure compliance with CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.
Create documentation for regulatory submissions, including reviewer guides and data definition documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Biostatistics, Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, Regulatory Publishing, and Clinical Operations.
Mentor junior statistical programmers and support project planning and delivery.

Required Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAS Programming.
Strong knowledge of SAS and clinical trial programming.
Experience with ADaM, SDTM, TFLs, and CDISC standards.
Good understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
Experience in regulatory submissions is preferred.
Knowledge of R programming is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility

Graduation is mandatory.
Preferred educational background: Life Sciences, Computer Science, or Statistics.
Former TCS employees are not eligible.
