Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors and HRO Team Lead with strong expertise in HR Operations, SAP SuccessFactors, and process transition management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Employee Central, L2 support activities, SAP and SuccessFactors integration troubleshooting, reporting, and payroll-related processes.
The role involves managing HR operations support, handling escalations, driving process improvements, and ensuring smooth execution of HR technology and operational processes within defined SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR Operations and SuccessFactors support activities.
Handle L2 support issues related to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP replication processes.
Investigate and resolve replication and integration issues between SAP and SuccessFactors systems.
Support Employee Central operations and employee lifecycle management activities.
Manage process transitions including process documentation, knowledge transfer, and stabilization activities.
Prepare and maintain process maps, SIPOC documentation, RCA reports, and escalation trackers.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage escalation handling and ensure timely issue resolution.
Generate and maintain SAP and SuccessFactors reports and dashboards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, payroll teams, and technical support teams.
Support payroll-related HR operations and data validation activities.
Ensure compliance with process guidelines, SLAs, and operational controls.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service delivery.
Required Skills
5 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations and SuccessFactors support.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in L2 support and troubleshooting replication/integration issues between SAP and SuccessFactors.
Good understanding of HR processes and payroll operations.
Experience in process transition management and process stabilization.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including:
Process Mapping
SIPOC
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Escalation Management
Hands-on experience in SAP and SuccessFactors reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Experience in shared services/BPO HR operations environment preferred.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is an added advantage.
Exposure to payroll processes and HR systems integration preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have relevant experience in SuccessFactors and HR Operations.
Strong domain expertise in Employee Central and L2 support is mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working from Mumbai location.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation**
