The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Team Lead / Operations Manager to manage SCM operations, team performance, client relationships, procurement activities and operational delivery.
What You’ll Do
Manage Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement operations.
Lead, motivate and develop team members.
Monitor delivery, quality, productivity and exception handling.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Oversee contract administration and day-to-day procurement activities.
Ensure operational and business objectives are achieved.
Conduct process training and employee assessments.
Manage workflow, escalations and issue resolution.
Support domestic and international suppliers/customers.
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years of SCM experience, preferably in Sourcing & Procurement.
4–8 years of overall relevant experience.
Experience in team handling, operations management and performance monitoring.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes.
Experience managing domestic and international suppliers/customers.
Strong client relationship, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in risk identification, contract administration and escalation management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, MBA or related field preferred.
Willingness to work rotational/night shifts.
