Role: Supply Chain Team Lead/Ops Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4-8 years

Band: BPO 3

Salary: up to 9 LPA

Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift

Education:

 Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

 Bachelor's/Master’s in B. Com/BMS/ BBA/MBA (can be marked optional or flexible)

Skills:

 5 to 7 + Years of experience working within SCM.

 Monitor performance & drive internal reviews with team and leadership skills.

 Delivery, quality and exception handling should be monitored.

 Potential risks identification and management ·

 Contract administration to ensure that the day-to-day procurement activities ·

 Meet the operational, functional and business objectives required by the contract and provide a profitable interaction.

 Experience in Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement)

 Experience in dealing with domestic and international suppliers / customers

Responsibilities:

 Managing the client Relationship

 Team Handling and Motivation

 Process Training

 Employee assessment and channelizing the workflow

 Escalation and resolution handling

PAN and DOB are required for profile creation
