Job Title: Talent Services Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Talent Services Analyst to support HR Operations and Talent Services by managing employee queries, HR transactions, learning administration, leave management, quality assurance, and employee data management. The role also involves HR Helpdesk support, reporting, coaching associates, and ensuring accurate HR service delivery in a US shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HR Operations and Talent Services activities.
Handle employee queries through HR Helpdesk, email, and calls.
Support Leave Management and Learning & Development administration.
Perform quality checks on HR transactions.
Coach and improve associate performance.
Maintain employee confidentiality and data privacy.
Support Oracle HCM and HR systems.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Manage employee data and HR documentation.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
Support HR Operations across international workforce environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of HR Operations experience.
HR Query Management.
HR Helpdesk.
Email Management.
Leave Management.
Learning & Development Administration.
Quality Checking.
Oracle HCM (preferred).
