Job Overview
We are looking for a Talent Services Analyst with experience in HR Operations and employee support processes. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle HR Operations activities such as:
Query Management
Email Management
Leave Management
Learning & Development Administration
Employee Support Operations
Work on Oracle HCM or equivalent HRMS tools
Support Helpdesk activities and handle employee queries/calls
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and documents
Ensure quality and accuracy in HR transactions
Support team members through coaching and process improvements
Prepare HR reports and MIS data
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams
Follow compliance and process guidelines
Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Operations
Experience in Oracle HCM or equivalent HR systems is preferred
Experience as a Quality Checker or process reviewer is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Coaching and team support skills
Good to Have
International Workforce Administration (WFA) experience
Global employee data management experience
HRBP or HR Operations exposure
HR Reporting and MIS experience
Knowledge of tax/compliance processes
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
