About the role

We are hiring a Team Lead – Employee Benefits in Pune to run claim reimbursement operations, especially travel claims. You will review claims for correctness and completeness, guide a team of processors, act as the single point of contact for stakeholders and keep SLAs and KPIs on target. The role suits a commerce graduate with 6 to 10 years of experience in claim reimbursements who is ready to lead a team. The salary is up to ₹12 LPA.

Key responsibilities

• Review claims processed by the team for correctness and completeness
  
• Act as SPOC for stakeholders, answering queries and giving regular updates
  
• Guide the team of processors and oversee their performance
  
• Analyse claims to find trends, detect potential fraud and identify improvements
  
• Handle escalations promptly
  
• Publish performance reports and metrics to leadership
  
• Maintain process documentation and cross-skill team members
  
• Make sure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met
  

Required qualifications and experience

• 6 to 10 years of experience managing claim reimbursements, especially travel claims
  
• Commerce graduate
  
• Experience in MS Outlook, MS Excel and SAP
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset
  
• Able to work under pressure and meet timelines
