Team Lead - P2P Quality

• Lead end-to-end quality control operations for Accounts Payable.

• Ensure compliance with CTQs, SOPs, policies, and quality standards.

• Conduct daily audits and report findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify quality gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and 5 Whys for errors.

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, turnaround time, and accuracy targets.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

• Coordinate with teams to maintain process compliance and achieve quality targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.

• Experience in quality audits, RCA, 5 Whys, and process improvement.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, MS Office, and Advanced Excel.

• Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

• B.Com, M.Com, or a postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 7–10 years of relevant experience.

• Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
