ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for Supply Chain and Procurement to join our Mumbai operations. The role will be responsible for driving supply chain operations, managing client stakeholders, and leading a high-performing team.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education - 10 + 2 + 3 pattern
- Graduate / Post Graduate - http://B.Com / BMS / BBA / MBA
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, with focus on Sourcing and Procurement
- Proven experience working with domestic and international suppliers and customers
- Strong people management skills - performance monitoring, internal reviews, and team leadership
- Expertise in delivery management, quality compliance, and exception handling
- Ability to identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans
- Experience in contract administration ensuring day-to-day procurement aligns with operational and business goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and manage client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team
- Conduct process training and upskilling for team members
- Manage employee assessments and workflow allocation
- Handle escalations and drive resolution with speed and accuracy
- Ensure operational excellence, quality, and profitability as per contractual commitments
