*About the Role:*

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for Supply Chain & Procurement to join our Mumbai operations. The role will be responsible for driving supply chain operations, managing client stakeholders, and leading a high-performing team.

*Education:*

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education – 10 + 2 + 3 pattern

- Graduate / Post Graduate – http://B.Com / BMS / BBA / MBA

*Required Experience & Skills:*

- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, with focus on Sourcing & Procurement

- Proven experience working with domestic and international suppliers and customers

- Strong people management skills – performance monitoring, internal reviews, and team leadership

- Expertise in delivery management, quality compliance, and exception handling

- Ability to identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans

- Experience in contract administration ensuring day-to-day procurement aligns with operational and business goals

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Own and manage client relationships

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team

- Conduct process training and upskilling for team members

- Manage employee assessments and workflow allocation

- Handle escalations and drive resolution with speed and accuracy

- Ensure operational excellence, quality, and profitability as per contractual commitments
