Job Title: Team Leader
Job Location: Remote

Compensation: 25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
Gratitude Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to manage and guide a dynamic recruitment team in delivering high-quality staffing solutions. This is a remote position where you'll be responsible for overseeing the team’s performance, providing coaching and support, and ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality placements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track team progress.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary of 25,000.
- Opportunity to work remotely.
- Full-time position with regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
