Job Description – Team Member, Talent Acquisition

Job Title: Team Member – Talent Acquisition
Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Experience: 2–3 Years
Band: BPO 1
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to support HR Operations and manage blue-collar hiring for plant locations. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing open positions, and working closely with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for plant locations.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Track and manage open positions to ensure timely closure.
Visit ITI institutes to build candidate pools and support hiring activities.
Handle candidate communication, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
Ensure hiring is completed within agreed SLAs, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Support hiring for NAPS/NATS and temporary workforce, where applicable.
Manage sensitive and customer-facing activities professionally.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Experience in blue-collar hiring is preferred.
Understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes.
Experience with ITI hiring is an advantage.
NAPS/NATS and temporary workforce hiring experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work within deadlines.
Willingness to travel to ITI institutes and other hiring locations.
