Team Member – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Member – Talent Acquisition to support the HR Operations team of our client. The role will primarily focus on blue-collar recruitment for plant locations, including sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, stakeholder management, and timely closure of open positions.
The candidate will be responsible for building eligible talent pools through market sourcing and ITI institute engagement while ensuring hiring is completed within agreed service levels and in compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for plant locations.
Source candidates through multiple channels including local hiring networks, referrals, recruitment drives, and institutes.
Visit ITI institutes and other relevant institutions to create eligible candidate pools.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, eligibility, skills, and experience.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Manage and track open positions with strong hiring rigour and follow-up.
Coordinate with HR Operations, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
Support hiring of NAPS/NATS apprentices and temporary workforce, where required.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
Ensure candidate information and recruitment documentation are accurate and up to date.
Monitor recruitment progress against agreed SLAs and hiring targets.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable regulatory, statutory, and legal requirements.
Provide timely recruitment updates and highlight hiring risks or delays to stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes.
Required Experience
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Operations.
Experience in blue-collar hiring is preferred.
Understanding of the blue-collar recruitment market and local talent pools.
Experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
Experience working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to ITI institutes and local hiring locations.
Experience with NAPS, NATS, or temporary workforce hiring will be an advantage.
Experience working in a customer-facing or stakeholder-facing environment.
