Job Title: Technical Support Executive / Customer Service Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 18 Months+ Relevant Experience

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Band: BPO Z/1/2/3

Shift: Rotational / 24x7 Shift

Role Overview

TCS is hiring Technical Support Executives (TSR) and Customer Service Executives (CSR) for International Voice Process. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support through voice and chat channels, resolving customer issues efficiently, providing technical assistance where applicable, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Candidates with technical support experience will be considered for the TSR role, while others will be evaluated for the CSR role based on their profile and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.
Achieve First Call Resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support.
Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting operational goals.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Analyze customer issues and identify root causes.
Resolve customer concerns using product knowledge and reference materials.
Maintain service quality, SLAs, and KPIs.
Follow operational processes and compliance guidelines.
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (Mandatory).
Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience.
International Voice Process experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Support or Customer Service experience.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Customer Handling & Problem Solving.
CRM Documentation.
Active Listening & Empathy.
Operational Excellence.
Goal-Oriented mindset.
