Job Title:Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst
Job Summary
The TPRM Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and assessing third-party risks, conducting due diligence, classifying third parties into high, medium, and low-risk categories, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves working closely with Procurement and Business stakeholders to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain accurate TPRM records.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess third-party risks.
- Conduct impact assessments and third-party due diligence.
- Classify third parties into appropriate risk levels.
- Use TPRM and ERP tools for risk management activities.
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Ensure third-party compliance with TPRM requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain third-party risk databases and repositories.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in TPRM activities and third-party due diligence.
- Experience with TPRM and ERP tools.
- Familiarity with international contracts and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Legal or paralegal certification is an added advantage.

- Ability to collaborate with Procurement, Business stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple risk assessments and meet timelines.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
