Team Member – Spanish | International Collections

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1–3 Years
Language Required: Spanish
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office
Shift: 24×7 shifts, including night shifts

Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Member – Spanish to support international B2B/B2C Collections operations. The role involves handling customer accounts, following up on overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries and disputes, performing invoice reconciliation, and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written Spanish and English communication skills, along with prior international voice experience in collections.

Key Requirements

Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English communication skills.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in International Voice – B2B/B2C Collections.
Graduation is mandatory.
Willingness to work 24×7 shifts, including night shifts.
Comfortable working 100% from office.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Make calls to customers/accounts for payment of overdue invoices within assigned buckets.
Manage and maintain customer accounts accurately.
Handle payment-related queries from Accounts Payable teams.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Billing and Originations.
Perform payment application activities.
Handle customer disputes and drive timely resolution.
Perform invoice reconciliation activities, including:
- Credit rebills
- Invoice splitting
- PO changes
- Adjustments as per process scope
Prepare basic Excel-based reports and analysis for assigned inventory.
Maintain daily task lists and complete regular TCS activities within defined timelines.
Ensure accuracy, productivity, and adherence to process requirements.
Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

The candidate should have strong Spanish and English communication skills, international voice collections experience, and the ability to handle payment follow-ups, account queries, disputes, and reconciliation activities. The candidate should also be comfortable working in a 24×7 environment and from the Gurgaon office.
