Job Summary:
We are looking for candidates with experience in US Mortgage Bankruptcy processes and strong knowledge of bankruptcy operations. The role involves handling bankruptcy setup, documentation, claims, motions, payment history, plan reviews, and related processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle US Mortgage Bankruptcy processes and related documentation.
• Work on Proof of Claims (POC) and Filing of Motion for Relief (MFR).
• Prepare POC and MFR drafts for attorney review.
• Handle PPFN, PCN, NOFC, Referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, Plan Review, SOI Review, and Transfer Notices.
• Prepare and review 410A forms and payment histories.
• Understand Chapter 13 bankruptcy guidelines, including plan structure, repayment, discharge, and eligibility.
• Handle bankruptcy setup, closure, and discharge processes.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Chapters 7, 11, and 13.
• Handle setup, corrections, and modifications of key bankruptcy dates.
• Review bankruptcy plans and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Ensure process activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and support attorney review processes.
• Maintain process quality and adhere to applicable guidelines and procedures.

• Minimum 15 years of formal education with degree completion.
• 1–7 years of overall experience; relevant US Mortgage Bankruptcy experience preferred within 1–5 years.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of US Mortgage Bankruptcy processes and chapters.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Must be willing to work from office 5 days a week.
• PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
