TITLE: US TECHNICAL RECRUITER - MULTIPLE POSITIONS
LOCATION: SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD
WORK HOURS: 6.30PM TO 3.30AM IST (MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation.
- Identifying the right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients requirements
- Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirements
- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension and post-placement care)
- Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate database
Required Skills:
- Minimum 12 months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in Information Technology for US staffing and recruiting industry.
- Experience with MSP/VMS Temp Staffing and operating ATS.
- Excellent English language skills including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.
- Self-motivated, passionate, and energetic professionals.
- Comfortable working night shift (6.30PM to 3.30AM IST).
- Must be interested in either technology, sports, fitness, creative writing, art & craft, travel or architecture.

Note: This is not a remote opportunity and select individuals will be required to work from our Ahmedabad facility in US shift.
