Job Title : VOD Team Member
Job Discription :
The VOD Team Member will be responsible for managing metadata-related requests, identifying unique IDs in third-party databases based on partner metadata, handling daily tickets, and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately within defined SLAs.
The role involves working with internal teams, cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, manage escalations, prepare quality-assurance data, and submit daily and weekly reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage metadata requests as the primary workflow.
- Identify unique IDs in third-party databases using partner metadata.
- Handle and triage daily tickets according to defined instructions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Seek necessary clarifications through email.
- Prepare QA data during new partner onboarding.
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations preferred.
- Experience in a BPO/operations environment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience dealing with internal and external customers.
