We are hiring for the role of WFA Processor for Chennai location.

Job Details

Role: WFA Processor
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Band: BPO 1/2
Salary: 6-7 LPA

Job Responsibilities

Support Employee Data Management back-office operations
Handle simple and medium-complex payroll transactions within the Hire-to-Retire process
Coordinate with upstream and downstream partners for day-to-day operational activities
Ensure accurate processing of workforce administration activities
Maintain employee records and operational documentation

Required Skills

Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Employee Data Management operations
Experience in Workforce Administration
Experience in handling payroll transactions within Hire-to-Retire process
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SAP
Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
Exposure to Kronos
Awareness of country regulations
