Job Title: Voice Customer Service Associate
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Job Overview:
TCS is hiring for a Voice Customer Service role in Pune and Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with international customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (Banking, Travel, Healthcare, Collections, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technical Support)
Any International Voice experience is preferred
Graduate or Undergraduate (relevant experience required)
Strong English communication skills with a neutral accent
Good computer proficiency and typing skills
Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment (US/UK/Australian shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via voice with professionalism
Manage service requests including activation, assurance, and billing
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution
Process customer orders, provisioning, and post-activation support
Schedule customer appointments and dispatch equipment when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
Meet performance metrics and customer service benchmarks
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong customer handling and listening skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes
Basic technical understanding and process knowledge
Salary:
Up to ₹7 LPA CTC (Band: BPO 2)
Important Note:
If the candidate is not based in Pune or Mumbai, they should be open to relocation.
