Job Title: WFA Processor

Role Overview

TCS is looking for a WFA Processor to support Workforce Administration and Employee Data Management operations. The role involves processing Hire-to-Retire transactions, payroll-related activities, employee data maintenance, HR systems support, and coordination with internal stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process Workforce Administration (WFA) transactions.
Handle Employee Data Management activities.
Process simple and medium-complex payroll transactions.
Support Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR processes.
Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams for smooth operations.
Update and maintain HR data in SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, or Kronos.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and country regulations.
Support HR operations and process documentation.
Deliver services within defined SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of Workforce Administration / HR Operations experience.
Employee Data Management.
Workforce Administration (WFA).
Hire-to-Retire (H2R).
Payroll Transactions.
SAP.
SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Kronos (preferred).
HR Operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
