Global Payroll Delivery Lead – ADP GlobalView
Job Summary
The Global Payroll Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end multi-country payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across regions including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN. The role requires strong experience with ADP GlobalView and mandatory knowledge of the ADP Celegro tool. The candidate will lead payroll operations, manage teams, oversee quality controls, resolve escalated incidents, monitor service performance, prepare SLA metrics and dashboards, and maintain strong relationships with business, HR, IT, and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple countries and regions.
Ensure payroll activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within defined timelines.
Monitor payroll performance and maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage and balance team workloads effectively.
Act as an escalation point for payroll incidents, risks, issues, and decisions.
Perform end-to-end quality control activities across payroll processes.
Train team members on end-to-end payroll processes and controls.
Serve as the primary liaison between payroll teams and customers.
Work closely with Business, HR, and IT leaders.
Resolve escalated risks and operational issues.
Prepare monthly SLA metrics and dashboards.
Prepare other required payroll performance reports.
Support payroll implementations and transition activities.
Ensure payroll operations comply with applicable laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Drive strong customer service and continuous improvement within payroll operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
14–18 years of overall experience, with 15+ years of experience in payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms preferred.
Experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro – Mandatory.
Experience with US / UK / Middle East payroll processing.
Global payroll experience across UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN regions.
Experience overseeing mid-size payroll operations and managing payroll teams.
Payroll implementation experience.
Payroll transition experience.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and controls.
