Job Title : Team Lead – Employee Benefit
Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Lead – Employee Benefit with 6–10 years of experience in claims reimbursement, especially travel claims. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of processors, reviewing claims, handling stakeholder queries and escalations, and ensuring SLA and KPI targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Review claims processed by the team for accuracy and completeness.
Act as the SPOC for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
Guide and manage the team of claims processors.
Monitor and improve team performance.
Analyze claims to identify trends, potential fraud, errors, and improvement areas.
Handle and resolve escalations.
Publish performance reports and metrics to leadership.
Maintain proper process documentation.
Ensure effective cross-skilling of resources.
Ensure SLA and KPI targets are consistently met.
Work under pressure while meeting defined timelines.
Mandatory Eligibility
6–10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in claims reimbursements, especially travel claims.
Experience in team handling / Team Lead responsibilities.
Commerce Graduate.
Strong communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Good collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
Customer-centric approach.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and SAP.
