Looking for domain specific - Banking, Telecom, Healthcare.

Ensure Positive contribution to the company’s Gross margins and Operating margins RA

Lead/ participate in Six Sigma and Lean projects RA

Identify and Mentor Six Sigma and Lean projects RA

Mentor Green Belt Trainees RA

Participate in consulting assignments… Internally and at Client site RA

Support/ Enable change management ensuing from the projects RA

Value stream Mapping/ Process mapping RA

Follow up on action items RA

Recommend new/ improvements to delivery models RA

Identify and ensure implementation automation projects, process improvements and cost

optimization opportunities

Support maintenance of World Class Delivery standards RA

Support Initiatives from CEO’s office through CEO PMO RA

Create reports for COO, Functional heads\Operational Heads and QPE RA

Monitor dashboards and issues for early warning signals and trends RA

Support for RFP, RFI, Sales Collaterals RA

Six Sigma and other (ARM grid) trainings RA

Participate in various meetings as part of the profile RA

Ensure compliance to ISO 9001/ 27001 RA

Behavioral Aspects

Should be self-driven and proactive RA

Should be a team player RA

Should have good analytical and communication skills RA

Should be able to maintain cordial relationship with customers RA
