Role Overview

TCS is hiring an Associate – Domain Utilities to support back-office operations within the Utilities domain. The role involves handling UK customer operations, maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of operational tasks while adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform back-office operations and process execution.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of daily tasks.
Handle UK customer-related operations.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and client stakeholders.
Prepare operational and management reports.
Maintain quality standards and process compliance.
Handle confidential information professionally.
Respond to emails and operational queries promptly.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–5 years of experience in the Utilities domain.
Graduate in Geography / GIS (Hons).
Experience handling UK customers.
Stakeholder Management.
Excellent communication skills.
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Reporting & Documentation.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage confidential information.
