Associate – Sourcing & Procurement

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years
Band: BPO 1/2
Salary: Up to 7 LPA
Work Mode: As per business requirement

Job Summary

We are hiring an Associate – Sourcing & Procurement with 2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, PO management, invoice processing, vendor management, and master data management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage purchase requisitions and master data requests.
Prepare, issue, amend and follow up on Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers.
Maintain vendor/customer/pricing master data in ERP systems.
Resolve queries from suppliers, requesters and internal stakeholders.
Follow up on PO acknowledgements, deliveries and pending orders.
Support Goods Receipt and receiving-related issues.
Process and track vendor invoices.
Coordinate with buyers and stakeholders on payment/order status.
Ensure SLA, TAT, quality and accuracy requirements are met.
Escalate policy deviations and unresolved issues appropriately.
Prepare reports and support issue resolution.

Required Skills

2–5 years of experience in Sourcing & Procurement.
Strong experience in PO Management, Invoice Processing & Data Management.
Good understanding of procurement processes.
Experience handling suppliers/customers, including domestic and international.
ERP exposure: Oracle / Coupa / SAP preferred.
Good MS Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical, collaboration and influencing skills.
Result-oriented with good attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Eligibility

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
