URGENT HIRING
We are hiring for a BPO Operations Supervisor / Team Leader role.
Location: Makati/ Davao
Salary: PHP 28,000-PHP40,000
Role Overview
Lead and supervise a team within a BPO environment
Drive performance, productivity, and process improvements
Ensure adherence to operational best practices
Requirements
Strong leadership, supervision, and process improvement skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations Supervisor in a BPO setting
Background in Telco or Telco Sales is highly preferred
Candidates without telco experience may still be considered if overall experience is strong
Non-Negotiable Criteria
BPO experience is required
Proven experience managing teams in an operations environment
