Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, business partnering, and financial performance management. The role requires strong financial leadership, P&L ownership, working capital management, and cash flow forecasting skills, along with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Drive P&L analysis, financial performance reviews, and business partnering.

• Conduct variance analysis to identify gaps between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Lead zero-based budgeting initiatives and cost optimization activities.

• Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support decision-making.

• Provide financial insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Support financial control, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proven P&L ownership and business partnering experience.

• Expertise in working capital management and cash flow forecasting.

• Knowledge of zero-based budgeting and cost optimization.

• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.

• Experience working with cross-functional and senior leadership teams.

Education & Qualifications

CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA in Finance from a premier institute.

Preferred Candidate Background

Candidates from KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY, FMCG, or the tobacco industry are preferred.
