About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Buyer – Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to manage sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, procurement activities, and contract management. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and expertise in driving sourcing initiatives while ensuring cost optimization and procurement compliance.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with SAP Ariba for sourcing events, contract management, and supplier collaboration is preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced data analysis.
Tableau experience, including dashboard creation and reporting, is an advantage.
Good understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing methodologies, and contract management.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Eligibility
5–8 years of relevant experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are required.
CEFR English level of B2 or above is preferred (C1 preferred).
PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
