Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Buyer (Strategic Sourcing & Procurement) to manage strategic sourcing initiatives, procurement activities, supplier collaboration, contract management, and spend analysis. The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, data analysis, and procurement governance while supporting sourcing events and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities

Execute strategic sourcing and procurement activities.
Manage supplier sourcing events and commercial evaluations.
Conduct supplier negotiations and vendor management.
Support contract management and procurement governance.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage sourcing documentation and procurement records.
Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing events and supplier collaboration.
Prepare procurement reports and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–9 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management.
Strategic Sourcing.

SAP Ariba.
Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
