Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Capital Projects Management Associate Manager to manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk assessment, and performance monitoring for power generation, transmission, and distribution projects. The candidate will ensure timely project delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to applicable regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and cost control for power utility and EPC projects.

• Prepare CAPEX/OPEX budgets, cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

• Perform critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and project progress monitoring.

• Monitor project performance using KPI dashboards, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinate with procurement teams and stakeholders for bid evaluations, cost benchmarking, and project governance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable CEA, CERC, and State Utility regulatory requirements.

• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend corrective actions to manage project risks and budgets.

• Prepare management reports and coordinate with stakeholders to support effective project execution.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Power Utilities, EPC, Power Generation, or Transmission & Distribution projects.

• Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced Excel.

• Knowledge of project cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and project controls.

• Understanding of CEA, CERC, and State Utility regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

• Certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Cost Control is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10–14 years of relevant experience.

• PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
