We are looking for an experienced Capital Projects Management Senior Analyst to support large-scale low-carbon grid capital projects, focusing on project planning, risk assessment, cost management, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.

• Develop risk management plans and maintain RAID registers.

• Monitor project risks, schedules, costs, and resource requirements.

• Perform cost estimation, variance analysis, and project forecasting.

• Support project scheduling, critical path analysis, and delivery planning.

• Prepare risk dashboards, heat maps, and management reports.

• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and risk owners.

• Ensure compliance with utility standards, regulations, and project governance.

• Conduct risk review meetings and recommend corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement and capture project lessons learned.

Eligibility Criteria

• BE in Electrical Engineering is required.

• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in Power Utilities, EPC, Power Generation, or Transmission & Distribution projects.

• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk assessment, and cost management systems.

• Certification or knowledge in Project Management, Risk Management, or Cost Control is preferred.

• Familiarity with ISO 31000 and regulatory frameworks such as CEA, CERC, and state utility standards.
