Capital Projects Management Specialist

• Develop, update and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Establish project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), activity sequences and milestones.

• Monitor critical path activities, dependencies and schedule progress.

• Support planning across project lifecycle stages, including engineering, construction and commissioning.

2. Schedule Monitoring and Reporting

• Validate project progress and perform schedule health checks.

• Conduct schedule variance analysis and track milestone performance against approved baselines.

• Prepare schedule reports, progress updates and performance analytics.

• Maintain schedule accuracy, data integrity, version control and compliance with scheduling standards.

3. Schedule Analysis and Optimization

• Support time impact assessments and schedule risk reviews.

• Perform scenario modelling and recommend schedule optimization opportunities.

• Identify scheduling issues, delays and dependencies, and support corrective action planning.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and reporting standards.

4. Stakeholder and Project Coordination

• Coordinate with scheduling leads, project teams and global delivery stakeholders.

• Manage scheduling activities across multiple infrastructure projects.

• Resolve moderately complex scheduling issues and escalate critical concerns when required.

• Manage assigned work efforts and contribute to overall team objectives under management guidance.

5. Operational Delivery

• Ensure timely execution of scheduling updates and reporting deliverables.

• Follow established project controls procedures and quality standards.

• Support infrastructure and capital projects, including hyperscale data centre programs and low-carbon grid investments.

• Work rotational shifts as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7–11 years of relevant experience in project scheduling, project controls or capital infrastructure projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

• Expertise in schedule development, maintenance, baselines, WBS, critical path analysis and milestone tracking.

• Knowledge of planning, engineering, construction and commissioning lifecycle stages.

• Experience in schedule analytics, progress tracking, variance analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multi-project coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain scheduling data quality and meet reporting deadlines.

• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Exposure to hyperscale data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Experience with capital projects involving power grids, transmission interconnections or energy transition infrastructure.

• PMP, PMI-SP or Primavera certification is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
