As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll liaise with customers via an Australian voice and blended process to ensure timely resolution of queries.



Key Tasks:




  • Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.

  • Make necessary billing adjustments and escalate complaints.

  • Ensure proper coordination for troubleshooting activities.



Experience Required:




  • Degree in a related field with relevant customer service exposure.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
