As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll liaise with customers via an Australian voice and blended process to ensure timely resolution of queries.
Key Tasks:
- Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Make necessary billing adjustments and escalate complaints.
- Ensure proper coordination for troubleshooting activities.
Experience Required:
- Degree in a related field with relevant customer service exposure.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
