*ABOUT THE ROLE:*
We are hiring Clinical Data Svs Sr Analyst for Bengaluru location! If you have 5-8 years of experience in Clinical Data Services with Medical Monitoring exposure, we have an opportunity for you.
You will be aligned with the Life Sciences R&D vertical covering research laboratories, clinical trial support, regulatory services, pharmacovigilance, and patient services solutions.
Clinical Data Services involves managing and processing data collected during clinical trials including data collection, validation, storage, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability to evaluate safety and efficacy of medical treatments.

*WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:*
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Clinical Data Management, Medical Monitoring, SDTM, SAS Programming preferred
*ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Provide medical expertise for trial oversight and safety concerns including creation, review, and validation of protocol requirement specifications as per SOPs
- Analyze and solve moderately complex problems by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
- Understand and align work with strategic direction and team goals defined by senior management
- Work independently on routine tasks with guidance on new assignments
- Interact with direct supervisor, clients and senior management and act as interface between study teams, offshore and onshore / client stakeholders
- Make decisions that impact individual deliverables and may influence team outcomes
- Function as individual contributor and/or manage small teams
- Work in rotational shifts as required
- Collaborate with Senior Statistical Programmers, study leads, and programmers for smooth study execution
- Perform QC checks for standard and non-standard safety and efficacy deliverables
- Review approved protocols, study setup documents, submission documents, and output specifications
- Develop SAS programs and execute standard macros to generate SDTM-like datasets, SDTM datasets, tables, listings, figures, and trial-specific outputs
- Perform developer testing and validate datasets and outputs in compliance with defined standards
- Leverage programming and data standards to maximize efficiency and consistency across studies
- Maintain project, validation, and programming documentation per SOPs and adhere to client and organizational quality guidelines
- Mentor new hires, support onboarding, address technical queries, conduct Service Readiness Assessments
- Support resource management and assist Managers with operational reporting
