CLM Analyst – Contract Upload & Maintenance

Location: Bangalore, India | Work Setup: Onsite

Job Type: Full-time |l Band: BPO 1/2 Experience: 2–4 Years

Role Summary

Own contract repository accuracy and maintenance in the CLM system. Upload and manage executed contracts, amendments, SOWs, and NDAs. Ensure contracts are visible, searchable, compliant, and governed through accurate metadata and lifecycle tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract Upload & Governance: Upload executed contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, and addendums into the CLM tool. Classify contract types correctly: MSA, SOW, Amendment, NDA

- Repository Management: Maintain a structured contract repository with proper naming conventions, version control, and attached supporting documents/artifacts

- Metadata & Lifecycle: Capture and update key data: Contract title/ID, Parties & legal entities, Effective/expiry/renewal dates, Value & currency, Status & ownership. Maintain parent-child links between MSAs, SOWs, and amendments

- Obligations & Alerts: Configure key dates and milestones [renewal, termination, notice periods]. Support alerts/reminders for renewals and obligations

- Data Quality & Support: Perform periodic data quality checks and reconciliation. Act as BAU support for contract uploads, data updates, and access queries

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 2–4 years in Contract Lifecycle Management, Repository management, or Legal/Procurement Ops

- Tools: Hands-on with CLM tools like Icertis, Ariba CLM, Coupa CLM, Sirion, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM or similar. Strong MS Excel for trackers/reconciliation

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract structures: MSA, SOW, Amendments, NDAs

- Competencies: Excellent verbal & written English, Analytical thinking, Problem-solving, High attention to detail & data accuracy, Client engagement, Ability to handle repetitive tasks, Independent working
