Job Title: Sales and Radio Ad Operations

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling within linear TV, radio or broadcast media

- Proven track record of managing high-volume campaigns and resolving complex scheduling challenges

- Proficiency with traffic management systems: IBMS, Aquira or similar

- Familiarity with Media and Broadcasting industry

- Experience with linear and digital broadcasting organization

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the trafficking and delivery of creative assets, ensuring they meet technical specifications and deadlines

- Verify that all materials are compliant with broadcast standards and client guidelines, addressing discrepancies promptly

- Troubleshoot traffic-related issues in collaboration with the broadcast operations team for rapid resolution

- Ensure all ads are accurately placed within the schedule and aired in accordance with agreed parameters

- Perform detailed checks to prevent overbooking, duplication, or misplacement of advertisements

- Optimize schedules to maximize reach, minimize waste, and meet campaign goals efficiently

- Manage last-minute schedule changes and resolve conflicts while maintaining campaign integrity

- Adjust placements as needed to accommodate breaking news, special programming, or other disruptions

- Generate post-campaign reports with insights on performance metrics: audience delivery, compliance rates, and campaign reach

- Analyze trends and recommend improvements for future campaigns to maximize client ROI
