About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Customer Data Specialist to manage service master data, customer and technician setup, Installed Base (IB) management, and SAP–SMAX integration. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate master data governance, supporting service operations, inventory and logistics coordination, and maintaining seamless data synchronization across enterprise systems.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, or Master Data Management.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP and SMAX service operations.
Experience in Customer Master, Technician Setup, Installed Base (IB), Service Contracts, and Work Order Management.
Experience in transportation planning, warehouse coordination, and shipment lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with ERP/TMS/WMS platforms such as SAP S/4, SAP TM/EWM, Oracle, Manhattan, or similar.
Good knowledge of Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Master Data Governance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Power BI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Graduate in any discipline.

Eligibility
Graduate with 5–8 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with SAP and SMAX is required.
Experience in service master data, Installed Base (IB), Work Order Management, and SAP–SMAX integration is mandatory.
Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems and logistics or inventory operations is required.
Willingness to work in US shift timings is mandatory.
