Customer Service Associate – U.S. Banking Voice Process
Mumbai | Work from Office | Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working) |

Based in Mumbai and working from our office on a 5-day rotational shift pattern, you’ll gain exposure to international banking operations, refine your communication skills, and grow with a company that invests in your success.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls for a leading U.S. banking client, managing account inquiries, transaction support, card services, and general banking queries.
- Deliver first-contact resolution wherever possible, combining active listening with clear, accurate information.
- Document every interaction in the system, ensuring records are complete and compliant.
- Escalate complex issues calmly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality coaches to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of U.S. banking products and regulations.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Requirements
- Education: Graduation is compulsory for Band 2 roles. Undergraduates with relevant experience may be considered for Band 1.
- Experience:
- Graduates: minimum 9 months of international BPO voice experience.
- Undergraduates: minimum 18 months of international BPO voice experience.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—are a must. You’ll articulate clearly, use a professional tone, and adapt to customer needs.
- Documentation: Experience letters from all previous organisations are mandatory.

- A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to remain patient and solution-oriented during challenging calls.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, within a 5-day week.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data privacy and banking compliance.
Compensation
- Graduates (Band 2): INR 6.20 LPA
- Undergraduates (Band 1): INR 5.20 LPA
