International Voice Customer Service Representative in Mumbai
Location: Mumbai
Salary: 25k - 40k
Experience- International Voice Experience
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Service Representative with international voice experience to join our team in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across various countries and time zones, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Actively listen and understand customers' needs, providing accurate information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an international voice-based customer service role is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a neutral accent and the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong customer orientation and a genuine desire to help and assist customers.
