Location: Mumbai
Salary: INR 30,000 - 45,000 per month
Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced International Voice Process Associates to join our team in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally and courteously.
-Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
-Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in an International voice process role.
-Graduation degree in any discipline.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
