Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Chat Process Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through chat, providing accurate and timely information, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating the company's website and resolving their issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer service oriented and able to handle difficult customers.
- Good problem-solving skills.
