Job Description:

Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner

Providing accurate information and solutions to customers’ queries and concerns

Processing customer orders and returns, and providing support throughout the process

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in international/domestic customer service

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Good understanding of customer service principles
