Responsibilities
- Help product team with data-research for understanding our clients & delivery partners
- Participate in creating experiments to get statistically significant results, cover experiments with
reports, find the insights - Calculate and monitor key product metrics, create and support dashboards. Set up alerts for
automatical problems tracking. - Help global team with creating unified metrics and reports for main product, sales and
operational processes. - Create ad hoc reports for Sales & Operations team
Mission
Develop and regularly improve data-drived approach in all the aspects of Wefast product. Help local
team with data analysis and research and improve team’s understanding of how new features and
processes affect Wefast business.
Technical requirements
3+ years of experience in the field of Data Analytics/Product Analytics
Fluent with SQL and are able to write complex and performant queries with no assistance
Ability to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis
Strong knowledge of conventional statistical techniques in data analysis
Experience with Tableau or other BI systems
Ability to work with Python (creating bots, dataset analysis) is highly appreciated - Added advantage
Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodology- Added advantage
Experience with predictive modeling- Added advantage
