Role: DERM Lead

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 9 to 15 Years
Band: BPO 6
Salary: Up to 20 LPA

Education:

M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA, ICWA, or Engineering
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Mandatory)
Black Belt, Master Black Belt, PMP, Agile, QMS, or Digital certifications are an added advantage

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence, Delivery Excellence, or Transformation
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional in FAO processes
Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Quality Management Systems (iQMS)
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in business process improvement and operational excellence
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Automation & Digital Transformation
Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML)
ISO, CMMI, Agile, PMP, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certifications
Program Management and Innovation initiatives

Job Responsibilities:

Drive Delivery Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts.
Lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve productivity and deliver measurable business value.
Deploy and sustain Quality Management Systems (iQMS), ISO, and CMMI practices.
Conduct workshops and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma, Quality, and Digital Transformation.
Drive automation and innovation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Identify and mitigate process risks using proactive quality frameworks.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to implement Delivery Excellence programs.
Develop continuous improvement roadmaps and promote a data-driven culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to driving transformation.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and travel as per business requirements.

Important Information:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is Mandatory
Minimum 4 years of FAO Transformation/Lean Six Sigma experience is Mandatory
Willing to work in all shifts
Travel flexibility as per business requirements
Ex-TCS Employees are not eligible to apply
